Berry Smoothie - Yummmmmmmm!





I make one of these for us every day. It takes 2 minutes and is densely nutritious, delicious and very satisfying. Here's the ingredients and recipe -


*2 cups organic fresh or frozen berries - mostly blueberries but also strawberries and blackberries (If I use frozen I microwave them for 15 seconds)



*1/2 cup soy or almond milk (you can use skim or just water) + 1 1/2 cups delicious filtered water


*6 T or Hemp powder or oat bran or oats (I use the Hemp powder because there are 11 Gms of protein in 4 T)


*1 tsp New Chapter Probiotic All-Flora 



Blend all the above.

2 oz pumpkin + sunflower seeds
2 oz almonds

Pour into glass and add the above seeds and nuts.
